SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our objective is to serve our customer and provide exceptional service by providing best quality fresh farm produce delivered at door step. We take complete care when we are preparing the order and shipping. But there are some situations that are beyond our control.  We try our best to work with our customers to address these issues. We ask our customers to work with us patiently. As we take pride in bringing  smile on our customers face and customer satisfactions.
If the leaves are damaged or gone bad during transit, please send us pics. Please note to keep the leaves in the refrigerator to retain freshness.
If the plants delivered are dead, please send us pics. Please note that the plants may look dull with shipping. Give them some time to recover and follow the care instructions that we provide.
We can't provide guarantee for the plants and their growth as it depends on how they are taken care. Our responsibility ends once the plants reach you in good shape. Yellowed or leaves are normal during shipping and so are broken branches. As long as the stem is not broken, the plant is good

We ship every Monday & Friday to avoid orders getting stuck in warehouse during weekend. We are back ordered with huge demand and  we are bit slow on shipping.
